1. Payment Methods
- We accept payments via PayPal, Wise and Thai and international debit/credit cards (MasterCard, Visa) via PayPal without creating a PayPal account. We also accept payment by PromptPay in Thailand.
- Payments are only accepted from adults over 18 years of age.
2. Product
- We use both our own photos and images from stock photo websites, all with the appropriate usage rights.
- The photos shown are for display purposes only and we cannot guarantee that the colors and flowers in your bouquet will be exactly the same.
- We keep the style, size and mood of the bouquet the same, and any changes do not entitle you to a refund, compensation, or delivery of a different product.
- Every flower is unique in terms of its shape, shadow, and size. We’ll strive to create a bouquet that’s similar to the one in the sample photos, but there might be slight differences. Keep in mind that various types of flowers can also vary and may have an impact.
- In a mixed bouquet where we incorporate various types of flowers, there’s a chance we might include some different blooms than shown in the photo, while still keeping the overall style and color palette. This difference doesn’t provide grounds for refusing the bouquet or requesting a refund. If you require a specific product, please call and check for its availability.
3. Delivery
We offer free shipping in Bangkok City, Phuket Island, Chiang Mai City, and select locations in Krabi Province. Please note that we do not deliver to Krabi’s Islands (Koh Lanta, Koh Phi Phi, Railay Beach…) or to small islands and suburbs.
4. Privacy Policy
- We value your privacy and will only use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We do not share customer information with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Refunds And Return
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information: If we are unable to deliver flowers due to an incorrect address, we will refund the payment amount less any commissions or fees charged by third party banks or payment processors in the event that we discover an error in the address before the bouquet is made. If we discover an error in the delivery address during the delivery process, we will try to contact you to obtain the correct address information, then at our discretion, free of charge or for an additional fee, we will deliver to the new address.
- Flowers are not in stock or delivery is not possible: if we cannot deliver at the time ordered or if the selected flowers are not available, we will refund the entire amount of the order, minus commissions or fees from third-party banks or payment systems. Alternatively, the client can choose other bouquets for the amount paid or request a full refund minus commissions or fees from third-party banks or payment systems.
- Recipient refused delivery: We cannot offer a refund or ship a new product if the recipient refuses delivery.
- If the recipient is unavailable in time, we can leave the bouquet at the reception or hand it over to a third party as per the customer’s request. Should the bouquet require delivery on the following day or beyond, we reserve the right to levy an additional fee for re-delivery.
- Any extra costs, such as re-delivery fees due to incorrect address information or address changes made less than 5 hours before the scheduled delivery time, will be the responsibility of the customer.

- If you are dissatisfied with the bouquet you have received, please contact us within 6 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue privately.
After evaluating the significance of your photos and consulting with the florist/delivery service responsible for your bouquet, we will decide whether to proceed with a refund, deliver a new bouquet, decline your request, or handle your request in an alternative manner.
Please be aware that flowers need to be handled appropriately. If the flowers appear wilted due to reasons beyond our control, we cannot provide compensation as items are perishable, we do not issue refunds. Our responsibility for the condition of the flowers extends only up to the point of delivering the bouquet to the recipient.
6. Payment information
When placing an order, please provide the following information:
- Your phone number for communication in Telegram, WhatsApp or Line in case of questions.
- Your email address.
- Receiver name
- The recipient’s Thai phone number or international phone number with Telegram or WhatsApp available
- Gift Card Wishes
- Delivery address
- Date and time of delivery
- Payment method: PayPal, Wise app, Thai and international transfers from debit/credit card
7. Conditions
- Same day delivery is available if you order before 13:00 or contact us for immediate delivery.
- Delivery time from 08.00 to 19.00. Please write to us about requests for early or late delivery.
- Shipping is free and only available in certain regions (Bangkok city, Phuket island, Chiang Mai city, Krabi province*. No delivery to suburban areas or islands such as Lanta Island, Phi Phi Island, Railay Beach… On-demand delivery available via social media.
- Each flower is unique, so the bouquet may differ slightly from the sample photo while maintaining the same style and color character.
By placing an order with our flower delivery service, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms. These terms are subject to change without notice and any updates will be posted on our website.
